TRAINING

 Training like a fighter is not training to be one. You don't need to quit your job to do it or get a second job to afford it. Whether you're doing a private lesson (which you can split with a few friends) or a group class we'll teach you offense, defense and footwork like you're getting ready for a professional fight without getting a black eye in the process. The group class meets Monday - Friday at 6PM and Saturdays at noon. Private lessons are dome by appointment by email, text or phone.
